The Acting Executive Chairman of Kogi State Internal Revenue Service, Yusufu Abubakar, on Friday received members of the Joint Tax Board who paid him a familiarisation visit in his office in Lokoja, Kogi State.
In his welcome remarks, the Acting Executive Chairman, briefed the team along with his Management on the general overview of the operations of the Service.
The leader of the team and Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board, Mrs. Obomeghie Nana-Aisha, in her remarks, commended the leadership of the Service for the warm reception accorded members of the Joint Tax Board. She noted that the primary purpose of the visit was to congratulate the Acting Executive Chairman on his well-deserved appointment, and to also acquaint him on the working relationships of the Board with all State Revenue Bodies in Nigeria, including Kogi State Internal Revenue Service.
