The Chairman, KGIRS Interim Management Committee, Honourable Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, has charged the Acting Heads and Area Tax Manager (ATM) to gear up their efforts on revenue generation.
Mukadam, who doubles as the State Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, gave the charge during the November monthly performance review held at the board room of the Service on Thursday, the 3rd of December, 2020.
Honourable Mukadam Asiwaju, who stated that performance is very key for the assignment at hand, added that it would go along way in writing the IMC reports and recommendations to the higher authority.
According to him: “Every individual Staff must gear up their efforts in the revenue areas that are dormant and others where the potentials are there to be harnessed as all will count in the performance reviews at the end of every month. This will enable the Committee to measure the performance of every Staff.”
The review was later rescheduled to continue tomorrow Friday, December 4th, 2020.
Meanwhile, the following Area Tax Managers from the listed Area Tax Offices distinguished themselves in the area of Informer Sector reports for the month of November 2020. They are, namely:
1. Ibraheem Abdulazeez, ATM, Lokoja I Area Tax Office.(1st position).
2. Ogunleye Durojaye Olatunde, ATM, Kabba Area Office. (2nd Position).
3. Olumorin Mathew ATM, Isanlu Area Tax Office. (3rd Position)
